App Password Required
To use Google Mail with our service, you need to
generate an app password.
Before you can
create an app password, please ensure that Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
is enabled on your Google Account. For 2FA setup, please consult Google
support or security settings.
Under How you sign in to Google, select 2-Step
Verification.
At the bottom of the page, select App passwords.
Enter a name('Maliagent') that helps you remember where you’ll use the
app password.
Select Generate.
Save the generated app password in a secure location. This app password
will be used on MailAgent.ai to continue the 'Create Agent' process.
Ensure you keep it handy and return to the setup page to input this
password where required.
Click Generate app password or Generate and
manage app passwords .
Enter your app's name in the text field.
Click Generate password.
Follow the instructions below the app password.
Click Done
Save the generated app password in a secure location. This app password
will be used on MailAgent.ai to continue the 'Create Agent' process.
Ensure you keep it handy and return to the setup page to input this
password where required.
In the Sign-In and Security section, select App-Specific Passwords.
Select Generate an app-specific password or select the Add buttonBlue plus sign icon., then follow the steps on your screen.
Enter or paste the app-specific password into the password field of the app.
Save the generated app password in a secure location. This app password
will be used on MailAgent.ai to continue the 'Create Agent' process.
Ensure you keep it handy and return to the setup page to input this
password where required.

Initial Learning - Your agent is
ready to start the onboarding process by logging into your email
account
to analyze and learn from your past email interactions.
Analysis Completion - Please wait
for
the initial analysis to complete. Once it's done, we'll send an
email
notification to you. After that, the agent will start making drafts
aligned with your business, right in your email program like
Outlook,
Thunderbird, eM Client, or whichever one you use.
Temporary Password - You'll
receive a
temporary password via email. Use this to log in to your new agent
for
the first time.
